BioOregon Protein develops, manufactures, and markets fish-based pet food supplements, organic fertilizers, and animal feed ingredients. Our products are derived from marine fish and shellfish originally harvested and processed for human consumption. Utilizing fresh by-products from seafood processing as raw material means our fish-based products are wholesome, sustainable and independent of traditional reduction fisheries producing commodity fish meals. It is the right thing to do and contributes significantly to reduced waste, improved utilization of marine fisheries, and natural resource conservation.   BioOregon Protein began converting ocean-sourced fishery by-products into salable, commercial products in 1937. Early products we manufactured included natural vitamin A oil, medicinal creams, mink feeds, traditional fish, crab, and shrimp meals, pet food flavors, and aquaculture feeds. Currently, we are producing high protein low ash fish protein concentrates, fish bone meals, marine oils, shellfish meals, and liquid fish fertilizers using unique, proprietary manufacturing approaches.   All of our products are natural and sustainable. Most importantly, our fish-based products have been developed to include attributes and features that improve quality and value in pet foods, aquaculture diets, organic fertilizers, microbial fermentation reactions, and a variety of animal feeds.   BioOregon Protein is committed to meeting the expectations of all customers and markets we serve.
